Ely woman falls from horse - Magpas Helimedix attend

At 8:14pm last night (25th), Magpas Helimedix (Doctor Phil Morgan and Paramedic Steve Chambers) arrived at a field in the outskirts of Ely, via the Magpas Rapid Response BMW - after a woman (in her 20’s) suffered a fall from a horse and landed on her head.

The Helimedix assessed the patient and administered anti-sickness relief, whilst working alongside an EEAST Ambulance Crew. The patient was then taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, in a Land Ambulance, in a comfortable condition.

All the Emergency Services worked extremely well together.

This is all the information we have at present.
