Care Quality Commission reports
In 2007 Magpas Air Ambulance become the first independent pre-hospital care service in the UK to voluntarily register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The CQC is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. They inspect services to make sure they provide patients with safe, high quality care.
Magpas Air Ambulance was last inspected in February 2014, when our service was deemed to meet all the required standards. The CQC’s full inspection report (PDF)

We use an independent third party website to ensure transparency and to allow patients to leave feedback anonymously. You can visit our I Want Great Care
page to rate the care you received. Your feedback is also used by the Care Quality Commission to evaluate the quality of our care.
