Peterborough, car vs motorcycle collision - Magpas Air Ambulance called to the scene

Peterborough, car vs motorcycle collision - Magpas Air Ambulance called to the scene

At 9.10pm last night (1st), Magpas Doctor Ed Barnard and Paramedic Keiran Bromley arrived in Peterborough, via the Magpas Air Ambulance rapid response vehicle. They had been called to treat a man injured in a collision between a car and a motorcycle.

The Magpas medical assessed the man (in his 20’s), who had sustained multiple injuries, and gave him advanced pain relief (providing him with A&E level care). The team then accompanied him by land ambulance to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge. He was in a serious but stable condition upon arrival at hospital.

An EEAST Ambulance Service paramedic crew, Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service and Cambridgeshire Police were also in attendance.
