Wisbech man suffers seizure – Magpas Helimedix fly to scene

 

At 6:05pm (6th), Magpas Helimedix (Doctor Jon Birks, Paramedic Simon Standen and Doctor Rod Mackenzie) arrived at a residential address on the outskirts of Wisbech (towards the  Leverington area), via the Magpas Helimedix Air Ambulance – after a man (in his 40’s) suffered a seizure.

The Magpas team assessed the patient, who’s conditioned had improved substantially. An EEAST Ambulance Crew then took the man to King’s Lynn Hospital, in a Land Ambulance, for further observation.

The Helicopter team who flew the Helimedix to the scene: Pilot Jim Polwarth and Crew Member Rob Davies.

All the Emergency Services workedextremely well together.
