At 4:26pm yesterday afternoon (12th) Magpas Doctor Steve Corry-Bass and Paramedic Andy Ormiston arrived in Thrapston via a Magpas Air Ambulance rapid response vehicle. They had been called to treat a young woman who had sustained serious injuries in a horse fall.

The Magpas enhanced medical team assessed the patient (in her late teens) who had sustained a serious chest injury and gave her advanced pain relief at the scene (providing her with A&E level care).
