At 6:05am this morning (3rd), Magpas Doctor Dave Leverton and Paramedic Chris Hawkins arrived in the St Neots area via the Magpas Rapid Response BMW – after a palette, with 1.5 tonnes of flour on it, fell on a man (in his 50’s).

The Magpas Doctor and Paramedic worked alongside an EEAST Ambulance Service Paramedic Crew to assess the patient. They administered pain relief and anti-sickness drugs for the man who suffered injuries to his lower body. The patient was then taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital by land ambulance in a stable condition.

Magpas would like to thank the ambulance crew for their excellent teamwork.

This is all the information we have.
