Nr Market Harborough, van rolls into ditch – Magpas Helimedix fly to scene

At 1:53pm this afternoon (24th), Magpas Helimedix (Doctor Vijayasankar and Paramedic Steve Chambers) arrived towards Stoke Albany in the Market Harborough area via the Magpas Air Ambulance. A van had left the road and ended up on its side in a nearby ditch, leaving a man (in his 20’s) trapped inside the vehicle with head injuries.

The Helimedix assessed the patient who fortunately didn’t suffer any life-threatening injuries. The man was subsequently taken to Kettering Hospital by land ambulance in a stable condition.

The Helicopter team who flew the Helimedix to the scene was: Chief Pilot Richard Eastwood and Crew Member Adam Bright.

An EMAS Ambulance Service Paramedic Crew and the Police were also on the scene.

This is all the information we have.
