Nr Lincoln, boy suffers fall – Magpas Air Ambulance flies to him
At 1.34pm yesterday (10th), Magpas Doctor Sarah McNeilly and Paramedic Ollie Robinson landed south of Lincoln via the Magpas Air Ambulance – after a young boy had suffered a fall down some stairs.
The Magpas Doctor and Paramedic assessed the patient who had sustained a head injury. The Magpas team then flew the boy to the Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham, where on arrival he was in a stable condition.
The Helicopter team who flew the Magpas Doctor and Paramedic to the scene/ the Magpas team and the patient to hospital was: Chief Pilot Richard Eastwood and Crew Member Lee Kennedy.
An East Midlands Ambulance Service Paramedic Crew were also present.
