Nr Chatteris, car and bus collision – Magpas called to scene

At 3.45pm today (19th) Magpas Helimedix (Doctor Andy Lindsay and Paramedic Dan Cody, alongside Doctor Maria Smith) arrived to the west of Chatteris via the Magpas Rapid Response BMW, following a road traffic collision involving a car and a bus.

The Helimedix assessed a man (in his 30’s) who had fortunately only suffered a minor head injury. The Magpas team put measures into place to protect the patient’s injury, before he was taken to Hinchingbrooke Hospital, in a stable condition, by an EEAST Ambulance Service Paramedic Crew.

Fire and Rescue Services and the Police were also on the scene.

This is all the information we have.
