Luton, man injured in fall down stairs – Magpas Air Ambulance called to scene

At 3.47am on Saturday morning (16th), Magpas Doctor Dave Leverton and Paramedic Dan Read arrived in Luton, via the rapid response vehicle, to treat a man who had fallen down a flight of stairs.

The Magpas team assessed the man (in his 60s) who had suffered a head injury. They provided the patient with IV fluids before accompanying him by land ambulance to Luton and Dunstable Hospital. He was in a stable condition upon arrival.

EEAST Ambulance Service, Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service and HART were also in attendance.
