Huntingdon, child & car collision – Magpas Helimedix called to scene
At 8:43am this morning, Magpas Helimedix (Doctor Alex Cross and Paramedic Paul Sallis) arrived in Huntingdon via the Magpas Rapid Response BMW – after a collision involving a car and a boy.
The Magpas team assessed the patient who was distressed and cold. Fortunately the child didn’t suffer any life threatening injuries, but he was still taken to Hinchingbrooke hospital by land ambulance for further observation. His mother is with him.
An EEAST Ambulance Service Paramedic Crew and Cambridgeshire Police were also present. All the Emergency Services worked extremely well together.
