Holbeach, woman suffers chest pains – Magpas Air Ambulance flies to her
At 2.52pm yesterday (4th) Magpas Helimedix (Doctor Leigh Bissett and Paramedic Dan Cody) arrived in Holbeach via the Magpas Air Ambulance, after a woman (in her 50’s) was suffering from chest pains.
The Helimedix assessed the patient and provided her with enhanced pain relief. The Magpas team then flew the woman to Lincoln County Hospital, where on arrival she was in a serious but stable condition.
The Helicopter team who flew the Helimedix to the scene/the patient and Helimedix to hospital was: Chief Pilot Richard Eastwood and Crew Member Simon Amos.
An East Midlands Ambulance Service Paramedic Crew were also on the scene.
