Fall from bike at Fen Flag, Magpas Air Ambulance fly to scene

At 16:40 on Wednesday 16th July. Magpas Helimedix (Dr Jon Birks and Paramedic Chris Hawkins) arrived to a cycle path near Fen Flag, Peterborough, via the Magpas Air Ambulance – after a male (in his 80s) had collapsed and fallen off his bike.

The Magpas Helimedix assessed the patient and because of the very remote location the patient was then air lifted to Peterborough hospital. On arrival the man was in a stable condition.

The Helicopter team who flew the Helimedix to the scene was: Pilot Richard Eastwood and Crew Member George Phillips.

This is all the information we have at present.
