At 12:32pm this afternoon (25th) Magpas Doctor Rishi Rallan, Paramedic Steve Chambers and Doctor Mark Tehan arrived in Emneth via a Magpas Air Ambulance rapid response vehicle. They had been called to treat a man who had been seriously injured in an incident involving industrial machinery.

The Magpas enhanced medical team assessed the patient (in his 60’s) who had sustained a serious leg injury. They gave the man advanced pain relief and sedated him at the scene (providing him with A&E level care), before accompanying him to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King’s Lynn, via land ambulance. The patient was in a stable condition upon arrival.

An EEAST Ambulance Service paramedic crew were also in attendance.
