Concerns for teenager’s health, St Ives – Magpas Helimedix attend
At approximately 11am Tuesday 13th May 2014, Magpas Helimedix (Doctor Nick Foster and Paramedic Rob Riches) arrived at a school in St Ives via the Magpas Rapid Response BMW – after a teenager suffered a potentially serious heart condition.
The Magpas team assessed the young man, whilst working alongside an EEAST Ambulance Crew at the scene. The patient was then taken to Hinchingbrooke Hospital, in a Land Ambulance, in a stable condition.
All the Emergency Services worked extremely well together.
