Cambridge man suffers fall from building – Magpas Helimedix attend
At 3:12pm yesterday afternoon (17th), Magpas Helimedix (Doctor Phil Morgan and Paramedic Sally Boor) arrived in central Cambridge, in the Magpas Rapid Response BMW. A man (in his 40’s) suffered a seizure and fell from the roof of a building.
The Helimedix assessed the patient and administered strong pain relief, whilst working alongside an EEAST Ambulance Crew and Officer at the scene. The Magpas team then accompanied the man, in a Land Ambulance, to Addenbrooke’s Hospital (monitoring his condition all the way). On arrival at the hospital, the patient was in a serious but stable condition.
All the Emergency Services worked extremely well together.
This is all the information we have at present.
