Bedfordshire, road traffic collision – Magpas Helimedix called to scene

At 6.25pm on Friday (3rd) Magpas Helimedix (Doctor Chris Adcock and Paramedic Dan Read) arrived towards the Riseley area of Bedfordshire via the Magpas Rapid Response BMW, after two cars were involved in a road traffic incident.

The Helimedix assessed a male patient (in his 40’s) who had suffered head and back injuries. The Magpas team provided the man with pain relief, before accompanying him to Addenbrooke’s Hospital by land ambulance. On arrival at the hospital the patient was in a stable condition.

The Police and EEAST Ambulance Service Paramedic Crews were also on the scene.
