A605 Peterborough, motorbike incident – Magpas Helimedix called to scene

At 10:45pm last night (29th) Magpas Helimedix (Doctor Vijayasankar and Paramedic Phil Almond) arrived at the A605, in the Peterborough area, via the Magpas Rapid Response BMW – after a man (in his 40’s) suffered a fall from a motorbike.

The Helimedix assessed the patient who had endured serious leg and arm injuries. The Magpas team sedated the man and administered pain relief (providing him with specialist A&E care at the scene), before accompanying him to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in a land ambulance. On arrival at the hospital the patient was in a stable condition.

An EEAST Ambulance Service Paramedic Crew and the Police were also on the scene.

This is all the information we have.
