A1 Peterborough, 2x car collision – Magpas Helimedix called to scene

At 9:30am on the 3rd April, Magpas Helimedix (Doctor Chris Adcock and Paramedic Phil Almond) arrived at the A1 near Peterborough via a Magpas Helimedix Rapid Response BMW. Two cars were involved in a road traffic incident, leaving a man (in his 30’s) trapped inside one of the vehicles.

The Magpas team provided pain relief for the patient who suffered non-life-threatening body injuries. The Helimedix then worked alongside an EEAST Ambulance Service Paramedic Crew and a Fire & Rescue Service Crew to get the man safely out of the car, before the patient was taken to Peterborough City Hospital by land ambulance. On arrival at the hospital, the man was in a stable condition.

The Police were also present.

This is all the information we have.
