Magpas Air Ambulance saves lives by taking the very best pre-hospital emergency care, by air or on land, to the patient. We help by providing treatments that are usually only available in hospital. This saves vital time, which can make all the difference when life hangs in the balance. Our service operates 24/7 and, on average, answers four calls daily to help people in life-threatening emergencies. We are so grateful for your ongoing support through these difficult times – we couldn’t keep saving lives without you, so thank you!

The cost is £1 per weekly ticket. Each ticket contains six unique lucky draw numbers that are entered into the weekly raffle on a Friday, provided that the £1 entry fee has been paid. Each of the six lucky draw numbers are entered into the draw, giving you six chances to win each week per ticket. Each ticket can only win one prize week.
The draw is made by a Gambling Commission-approved Random Number Generator every Friday, and is witnessed by two people.

If you have requested any changes to your account or ticket holding since first signing-up, updated details may not yet have appeared on this page. You will be notified by post of payment changes at least 10 days before they are due.

However, if your details are otherwise correct you need do nothing and your direct debit will be processed as normal. You have the right to cancel your Direct Debit at any time. The Direct Debit Guarantee
- This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
- If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, Magpas Air Ambulance Trust will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Magpas Air Ambulance Trust to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
- If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by Magpas Air Ambulance Trust or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society. – If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Magpas Air Ambulance Trust asks you to.
- You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
