At 12:45pm this afternoon (16th September), Magpas Helimedix (Doctor Lorraine Greasley and Paramedic Simon Standen) landed near a residential address in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, via the Magpas Helimedix Air Ambulance. They were called, after a woman (in her 30’s) suffered a fall from a ladder outside a house and was reported to be unconscious.
When the Magpas team arrived, the woman was awake. They assessed the patient, who had relatively minor injuries, before an EEAST Ambulance Crew on the scene accompanied her to Chase Farm Hospital in Enfield. On arrival at the hospital, the woman’s condition was not serious.
The Helicopter team who flew the Magpas team to the scene was: Pilot Bob Lowis and Pilot George Phillips.
